Erik launched his digital career in 2008 with a website design company focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses create a strong online presence. Right away, he saw a pattern: most businesses didn’t struggle with technology. They struggled to explain who they were and what they stood for.
As the digital landscape evolved, so did Erik’s approach. He saw that most businesses needed clarity, strategy, and someone who could connect the dots between design, marketing, and business results.
This perspective became the foundation of One With Digital. What started as a design shop has grown into a strategic digital partner helping service-based and niche organizations improve visibility, streamline systems, and create stronger connections with the people they serve.
Today, Erik continues to lead the agency’s direction while staying closely involved in client work. He’s the one mapping growth plans, reviewing audits, testing ideas, and making sure every website and campaign does what it’s supposed to.
When he’s not working, Erik’s usually outdoors or with family: skiing, golfing, coaching youth sports, or cheering his son on at karate tournaments. These day-to-day moments are what keep his perspective grounded and his work people-first.
